create_folder_action tool — the read, run, and run-history tools above already work for any Action regardless of trigger.calendar — an iCalendar rrule. Supported fields: FREQ (DAILY or WEEKLY), BYDAY, BYHOUR, BYMINUTE, INTERVAL. Example — every weekday at 09:00: FREQ=WEEKLY;BYDAY=MO,TU,WE,TH,FR;BYHOUR=9;BYMINUTE=0.interval — a fixed intervalSeconds between runs.timezone (e.g. America/New_York). startAtMillis and endAtMillis (epoch milliseconds) optionally bound when scheduling begins and ends.create_time_action runs a document-completion: the chosen Agent produces output into a document. placementMode decides where that output goes:existing — edit documentId in place each run.copy — copy documentId into parentFolderId (optional documentName) each run. preserveContextDependents (default true) carries the source's Reference Material onto the copy.new-with-reference — create a fresh document each run, optionally in parentFolderId.invocationMode:scheduled-instructions (default) — the Agent runs your instructions prompt. instructions is required.document-context — the Agent runs against the document's own body. instructions must be omitted.created → enqueued → running → a terminal completed / failed / cancelled / skipped. list_action_runs and get_action_run report status, timing, any error, and the document the run produced or edited. Run and schedule times in responses are rendered in your profile timezone (UTC if you haven't set one).run_action executes even while the Action is paused — use it to test before enabling automatic runs.run_action fails if one is already open. Cancel it with cancel_action_run.skipReason explains a skipped run (e.g. overlap when a prior run was still open).pause_action stops automatic runs but keeps the Action; resume_action re-enables it. delete_action removes the Action and its run history.delete_action and delete_action_run never delete the source document. delete_action_run can optionally delete the distinct document a copy / new-with-reference run produced via deleteAssociatedWorkspace.delete_action fails while a run is open — cancel it first.list_agents on the Agent server to get the agentId before creating an Action.run_action. Create paused or active, fire one manual run, check it with list_action_runs, then resume_action.get_action / list_action_runs rather than caching — the user can change Actions in the UI between your calls.
